En este nivel, tu rol trasciende el aula. Eres un socio clave que influye directamente en la evolución del método NeuroKlap™ y en el éxito de los nuevos profesores. Entendemos que cada talento es único, por lo que te ofrecemos flexibilidad para aportar valor desde tus fortalezas, ya sea creando, liderando o auditando.

At this level, your role transcends the classroom. You are a key partner who directly influences the evolution of the NeuroKlap™ method and the success of new teachers. We understand that every talent is unique, so we offer you the flexibility to add value from your strengths, whether creating, leading, or auditing.

Excelencia Indiscutible / Indisputable Excellence: Mantienes un NPS sobresaliente (> 9.5). Eres la máxima representación de la calidad Klap&Co. / You maintain an outstanding NPS (> 9.5). You are the ultimate representation of Klap&Co. quality.

Embajador de Marca / Brand Ambassador: Tu trato con alumnos y colegas refleja los valores más profundos de nuestra neuroeducación. / Your interactions with students and colleagues reflect the deepest values of our neuroeducation.

🎯 El HACER / DOING

(Misiones de Impacto / Impact Missions)

Tu Única Cosa / Your ONE Thing: En lugar de volumen, buscamos impacto. Cada mes elegirás 1 Misión Mayor (Ej. Crear un Pack de Contenido, Auditar una clase, "Rescatar" un alumno o Mentorear a una Semilla). / Instead of volume, we seek impact. Each month you will choose 1 Major Mission (e.g., Create a Content Pack, Audit a class, Rescue a student, or Mentor a Seed).

Flexibilidad / Flexibility: Tú eliges tu perfil de aporte (Arquitecto, Auditor, SWAT o Mentor) según tus tiempos y talentos. / You choose your contribution profile (Architect, Auditor, SWAT, or Mentor) according to your time and talents.

Ser un Embajador significa ser parte de la élite de Klap&Co.®. Al mantener tu nivel operativo y completar tus misiones mensuales, te garantizamos: Being an Ambassador means being part of the Klap&Co.® elite. By maintaining your operational level and completing your monthly missions, we guarantee you:

  1. La Tarifa Top / The Top Rate: Eres elegible para tomar misiones especiales pagadas (Live Sessions, Mentorías de Arranque, Clases de Cierre). / You are eligible to take special paid missions (Live Sessions, Onboarding Mentorships, Closing Classes).

  2. El Súper Bono Anual (10%) / The Super Annual Bonus (10%): Al llegar a diciembre con tu semáforo en verde, desbloqueas nuestro bono máximo: el 10% de tus ingresos generados en el año. Un verdadero reconocimiento a tu impacto. / By reaching December with your status in the green, you unlock our maximum bonus: 10% of your income generated during the year. A true recognition of your impact.

El Tablero /Board: Eres responsable de postularte a tus misiones mensuales de Embajador a través de nuestro tablero oficial. / You are responsible for applying for your monthly Ambassador missions through our official board.

🌳 CRECIMIENTO / GROWTH

(El Aguinaldo Klap / The Klap Bonus)

Misiones Premium vs. Inversión / Premium vs. Investment Missions: Algunas de tus misiones (como dar Demos o Mentorías) tienen pago extra inmediato. Otras (como crear contenido) suman puntos directos para tu gran bono anual. / Some of your missions (like giving Demos or Mentorships) have immediate extra pay. Others (like creating content) add direct points toward your grand annual bonus.

Consistencia / Consistency: Cumplir tu misión mensual te garantiza el estatus de Roble. / Fulfilling your monthly mission guarantees your Oak status.
